Biography:
Regina Buono focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and business transactions and legislative drafting. In the firm’s corporate and business transaction section, Regina advises clients in all aspects of business law matters, including formation, governance, finance, employment, and contractual matters. She also works on matters regarding the regulation and governance of utilities in Texas. Regina brings extensive legislative drafting experience to our firm. Regina has drafted legislation and provided legislative advice for clients on a wide variety of issues, including water, motor fuels tax, sales tax exemptions, motor vehicle sales tax, financial regulation, occupational regulation, health care, oil and gas, and the regulation of electric cooperatives and other utilities.
