Ever wondered where to find all that information you need in a crunch

on the background and history of legislation that is impacting your client?

Ever wondered where you could go to get information on past sessions that

- before now - you thought you had to hire someone to find for you?

Please join us for a members-only roundtable discussion with Mary Camp and Melanie Harshman from the Legislative Reference Library, next Thursday, June 19th, at the Texas Medical Association (1st Floor, Thompson Conference Room). Box lunches will be provided beginning at 11:30 a.m. and the presentation will begin at 12:00 p.m.

The Legislative Reference Library is an essential component of the legislative and lobby process. We have asked Mary and Melanie to educate us on all of the Library's services - with a specific focus on legislative history and intent since this is of particular interest to the lobby community.

While roundtables are typically reserved for individual PAAT members - because in many cases LRL-related activities are staff driven - your staff is welcome to attend this session. Note: you can either forward this e-mail or send a link to the online version.
